An Ex-Inspector was arrested by Metropolitan Police Circle Office, Kamalpokhari for allegedly attacking a girl on Monday. A retired police inspector Purna Lal Shrestha of age 55 was reported for repeatedly attacking a 13-years-old girl. When the girl’s parents filed a complaint, the police arrested Shrestha from his residence near Ratopul, according to DSP Mukesh
